Amazing cafe to watch sunset right in the heart of Labuan Bajo! Came at 5pm and the outdoor seating for sunset view was quickly filled up. The cakes were delicious and the drinks were as good. This is the only place I visited in LBJ that showed nett price for their items.

The best Cafe in Labuan Bajo. The view, the cakes, the seating comfortable and friendly staff. I came as it opened and I have the place to myself. Inside is Air conditioned which was cool because most places are open air style. Lemon cake was delicious, missed out on Mathilda Cake, last slice got sold before I got the chance. Spent most of my day here on the laptop and again watching the sunset. Can get busy after 10am. Quieter after 2pm then busy around sunset time.

Came here for breakfast every day whilst staying at the hostel next door. The matcha is the best I’ve had in Indonesia, breakfast sandwiches are delicious and there are so many types of coffee! But the best thing is the staff. They work hard, have high standards and amazing customer service. AC is nice and cold, the view of the harbour is beautiful. My favourite cafe in town!

We came here as a group of three to enjoy some breakfast. The location and the atmosphere were absolutely lovely – very cozy and with a great view. The coffee was also really good, and everything was clean and nicely presented. We chose our breakfast from the menu where you can customize your own plate. I ordered two slices of bread with egg and fruit salad (which was really good!). The service was quite fast at first, but when our food arrived, we were a bit surprised – the “slices of bread” were so small that we honestly thought it was a joke. We kindly asked if it would be possible to get either more bread or slightly larger slices. The staff seemed a bit confused and unsure of how to handle the situation. After several explanations and a fairly long wait, each of us received one larger slice of bread – unfortunately, it was still frozen. By that point, we had already been waiting for about 20 minutes just for the extra bread. After another 10 minutes, we still hadn’t received anything additional and had already finished our meals. As a sort of apology, they packed the bread in a takeaway box along with a small cupcake. Sadly, the cupcake wasn’t very tasty and the bread had become hard, so we didn’t end up eating it. All in all, we wouldn’t necessarily come back for breakfast, but we’d still recommend stopping by for a coffee and to enjoy the beautiful location and atmosphere.

What a great cafe. WITH. THE. VIEW!!! This cafe offers great selection of locally sourced Flores coffees, and comprehensive selection of breakfasts menu, as well as desserts and cakes! Great service all around from the staff. The cafe is clean, bright, great atmosphere with outdoor area overlooking the harbour. Apparently, it has some connection to Bake and Pound Makassar. But I can say with total certainty, this cafe is much better by galactical proportion! Well done Taka Bajo!

This place is so cute with a nice view!! As for the food and drinks, it was in the top 2 breakfasts we had in Indonesia! The ciabatta bread was fresh and tasty, the eggs cooked just right, and I liked that I could choose the dessert with their breakfast menu. The drinks were innovative and so delicious. The cheesecake had a good texture to it and not too sweet.

Beautiful cafe with a view from the inside and out! One of the best cafe in Labuan Bajo I would say. Their pastries were really good and their drinks were great as well. Quite pack but obviously as it’s one of the nicest cafe over here.

This cafe has a wide variety of cakes to choose from, and everything I tried was delicious. The coffee was great too. I came during sunset — highly recommend coming around 5PM for the best view. Plenty of seating available and the staff were very friendly. Great spot to relax and enjoy!
